Home Energy Event Sat 24 September

Saturday 24 September - Hungerford Town Hall

10:30–16:00, Hungerford Town Hall, RG17 0NF

Hungerford Environmental Action Team (HEAT) have organised a series of home energy talks to help people save money and improve the efficiency of their homes. As fuel prices are set to rise dramatically, this is a topic of great interest to everyone.

The cost of the energy we use in our homes is rising rapidly as a proportion of everyone’s household income but we can all take steps to reduce our usage which will help our energy costs and, at the same time, reduce the impact we are having on our environment. One sixth of the UK’s climate heating emissions come from running our homes – that is an average 10 kilograms of climate damaging gases from Hungerford’s homes EVERY day.

At this all-day show (free entry) Hungerford Town Hall will become an Aladdin’s Cave of experts, advisors, companies and case studies keen to support visitors in drawing up their individual energy cost and carbon emissions reduction roadmap for their home.

Come and see us there and find out how our solutions can save you money and give you superb efficiency now and in the future.
