About Xpert Energy

Xpert Energy are fully accredited, approved and trusted energy specialists for Heat Pumps, Ventilation, and Renewable Energy Solutions for homeowners.

We design, install and maintain bespoke solutions for houses of all sizes, that meet the owner’s needs and budget. We also work with architects, building contractors, housing associations, councils and property management companies.

Xpert Energy Service & Maintenance is a division of Xpert Energy Installations Ltd who are fully accredited installers under the MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme).

We employ a team of specialist engineers from a wide range of backgrounds to carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and breakdown cover for all customers.

Who we work with

At Xpert Energy, we specialise in designing and installing whole house renewable energy systems for homeowners, architects, builders, landlords including housing associations. Our goal is simple: to install a low carbon heating and hot water solution that reduces your energy bills, cuts carbon emissions and footprints, and provides all the heat and hot water you, your family and your residents need, all year round.

Private Homeowners

We have hundreds of happy customers who have renewable energy installed in their homes. We look after our customers for three years with full support and maintenance, and ongoing annual servicing to ensure their systems are working at their most efficient and effective. And we can do the same for you!

Local Councils

We work for local councils throughout Berkshire. We design and install energy efficient solutions for new builds, and take care of repairs and maintenance.

Housing Associations

We work with local housing associations across the south of England, including Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, Network Homes, Notting Hill Genesis, Optivo, Paradigm Housing. Places for People, and Sage Housing. We service and maintain their renewables on a contract basis, and install new systems as required.

Property Management Agencies

We work with numerous property management agencies on a wide variety of properties including new builds. We also undertake all breakdown, repairs and regular maintenance, including PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance). The nature of our work means we are sometimes faced with challenging situations where we have to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

A brief history of Xpert Energy

Directors Sarah Jones and Peter Rokvic had worked together for many years before setting up Xpert Energy Installations Ltd in 2011.

Xpert Energy began with as a consultancy service, providing design calculations and 3D modelling, which grew to include expert installation services.

Identifying a demand for maintenance in renewable energy technologies, Xpert Energy began to employ dedicated maintenance engineers primarily for Heat Pumps and Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery systems. Later, service contracts were added to offer our customers a full-service option.

As the volume of installations grew, a dedicated designer was added to the team, with a degree in Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Management and bringing further qualifications such as OCDEA Energy Assessor for New Constructed Dwellings (Elmhurst Energy Systems Ltd) to the company’s design and installation planning capability.

Our qualifications, certifications and memberships

Xpert Energy are members of RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code) for the supply of renewable and micro heat and power generators to domestic consumers.

• We hold Napit certification for MCS (Microgeneration Installation Standards) for Air/Ground source Heat Pumps.
• We are Trustmark registered, and our Trustmark trades are Ground Source Heat Pumps and Air Source Heat Pumps.

The Xpert Energy office team have a range of qualifications and professional accreditations between them in renewable energy technologies installation and energy assessment. These include:
