At Xpert Energy we work with all types of property from listed buildings through to state of the art passive houses.

We aim to create a bespoke holistic solution of fabric first to achieve the best heat losses for the type of project/and or client needs before designing a heat pump system.

3D modelling

We begin by building a 3D thermal model of your property and carrying out in-depth room by room heat loss calculations. This will also take into account the impact of different insulation levels, ventilation changes as well as thermal bridging.

Following on from this, we will provide you with a detailed report of our findings. We will then take this a stage further by meeting you to take you through our findings and what extra measures can be implemented to maximise the efficiency of your home.

By doing this, we can also show you the impact these measures will have on running cost and heat pump size. Most modern homes and buildings should already have sufficient insulation and glazing in place for renewable heating solutions such as heat pumps. If required, additional insulation may be added to your 3D model at the time of installation depending on the results of the heat loss calculations

Xpert Energy Installations Ltd are fully accredited installers under the MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme).

We employ a team of specialist engineers from a wide range of backgrounds to carry out installation projects within industrial and domestic sectors.

Our specialist engineers are highly qualified installers of ground source, air source and exhaust air heat pumps, and MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery). We also cover a number of other technologies including thermal stores, unvented cylinders and underfloor heating. We also design, supply and install new or replacement systems to include radiators and under floor circuits.

We are certified by MCS, RECC, F-GAS, Trustmark and Gas Safe registered.

We are committed to planning and implementation through to delivery and continue to offer support on installations up to 3 years from commissioning of renewables.
