How exciting! Contact us to discuss your plans. Including us early in your new home planning stage enables us to offer expert help and advice on the fabric of the building itself. This includes materials, glazing, thermal bridging and airtightness that impact on reducing the heat loss of any building. We also create bespoke calculations room by room based on heat loss, internal temperature and desired flow temperature.

We then devise a workable plan and work with your architects and builders and key suppliers for a smooth-running project from start to finish.

Our fabric first approach for existing homes

We take a ‘fabric first’ approach that involves examining every part of your existing home and identifying ways to improve the fabric of the building. There is little benefit in installing a new energy efficient system if the existing building is not thermally efficient.

So we look at:

• The performance of each element of your home – floors, walls, roof and glazing
• Thermal bridging (areas in the building that allow heat to pass through more easily)

All of these impact on the heat loss of any building. We’ll first advise what needs improving, and then design an energy efficient system within your budget that reduces running costs as well as your home’s carbon footprint.

After installation, we’ll provide full support on installations for up to 3 years from commissioning. We are certified by MCS, RECC, F-GAS, Trustmark and Gas Safe registered.

Just looking to replace or update your current central heating system?
